Data collection

The tool does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It runs entirely in your browser. Company details, client information, line items, and amounts are processed locally and never uploaded to a server. The form fields (company and client details, tax and discount settings, bank and shipping details) and preferences such as currency, theme, and layout are saved in your browser's localStorage on your device and persist until you clear your browser's data for this site.

Cookies

The tool itself sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare, the CDN provider, may set a strictly necessary cookie for security and performance. No analytics scripts are loaded. If and when advertising is enabled on this site, Google and its partners may set additional cookies to serve and personalize ads, as described in the Advertising section below.

Advertising

This site may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this site or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or the opt-out page at aboutads.info. You can also disable advertising cookies in your browser settings.

Third-party services

The page loads code from third-party content delivery networks (CDNs) to display currency flag icons and render the PDF. This code runs in your browser and does not send your data to its hosts. If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense code loads from Google's ad servers and may use cookies as described in the Advertising section.

Data retention

No data is retained on any server. Form fields and preferences are saved only in your browser's localStorage on your own device and are never transmitted anywhere; other values, such as line items, stay in memory for the current session. Because the saved data lives in your browser, it persists across visits until you clear your browser's data for this site, and it won't be present on a different device or browser. Downloaded PDFs exist only on your device.
